General provision about Solvoy
>The full name of organization is Somaliland Voice of youth hereinafter refers to as Solvoy.
Nature of Solvoy-Non-profit making, non-political Voluntary youth Organization.
Somaliland voice of youth logo two (one young and children)standing and hands up or two letter one smaller then other stands for voice of youth of forming one letter v over y.
Solvoy mission statement: To build a better future by improving the moral and the quality of education, health for the youth and children in Somaliland.
Solvoy is registered with State Attorney General, ministry of National planning and Coordination and ministry of youth and sports in Somaliland.

Field Operation of Solvoy
Solvoy shall be engaged in the following fields of operation.
A-Health
B-Education
C-Sports and culture
D-Environment
and some of our objectives are
1. the development of moral, educational and legal qualities of children and youth. To advance their knowledge as well as to promote their patriotic, physical and aesthetic education, with the help of practice teaching and agitation
2. To offer fundamental literacy skills to the families

4 To support eradication of FGM and appreciate that total health is a right and responsibility of every woman, family, and community.
5.To assume responsibility for one's own health.

Organizational Structure and procedure of election
and changing leadership
The General Assembly shall be composed of 9 members and is the paramount organ of power and authority of Solvoy.
1. To formulate and amend The Constitution of Solvoy except article defined authorities of the founders and their role in organization
2.To elect and change the board members
>3.To review mandatory reports and financial statements
4.To decide termination to relevant commitment
5.To debrief and approve policies and make decisive short and long-term strategies and operation plans of the board of Solvoy

6. To make decision of other related vital and important matters
7. The General Assembly shall determine its own internal rules.
The General Assembly can be only convened with attendance at least 2/3 of all the members; with at least 2/3 of participants voting for support can make the resolutions become effective.
The board of Directors are the executing body of the General Assembly. The board shall take over the General Assembly to exercise its power and be responsible to the General Assembly.
The authority of the board of Solvoy includes:
1. To execute the resolutions of the General Assembly;
2. To elect and change the chairman and vice chairman of the board of Solvoy
3. To organize the conferences of the General Assembly.
4. To submit and deliver working reports and financial statements to the General Assembly;
5. To make decisions on enrollment and dismissal of member organizations;
6. To decide to establish branches, representative offices, overseas offices and affiliated bodies of Solvoy;
7. To recruit deputy vice chairman and Head of departments;
8. To give guidance to the operation of all the departments of Solvoy;
9. To formulate internal working procedure.
10. To make decisions on vital and important issues.

Modification and Principle asset management
:
Revenues of Solvoy are
1.Membership fee
2 Donations
3.Incomes of business and services >4.Overheads from implementing cooperative programs and projects
shall collect membership fee from its members according to the local regulations
Solvoy revenues shall be put into and used in the business scope regulated by The Constitution of Solvoy.
Solvoy shall formulate a set of financial management rules and regulations and keep a set of authentic, accurate and complete accounting records.
Solvoy shall recruit a professional chartered public accountant. The accountant must not hold concurrent post as cashier in Solvoy. Accounting settlements and supervision are indispensable procedures that the accountant must follow. When the accountant leaves his/her post and changes his/her job, he or she must complete all necessary handing-over formalities.
The assets management of Solvoy must follow the financial rules and regulations stipulated by state, and meanwhile the board must accept supervision by the General Assembly as well as government designated auditing agencies. The revenues of Solvoy are attributed to donation and aid; therefore, Solvoy must accept regular auditing carried out by designated auditing agencies and make public its financial statements in an appropriate way.

Prior to termination, Solvoy shall finish the canceling formality in the registration and administration department will report the assets of the organization in written.
: According to the relevant regulations, after termination all the remaining assets shall be used into aid those undertakings that have alike missions to Solvoy.
